Proclamation to recognize April as Water Conservation Month, Mar 25, 2021
The Clay Soil and Water Conservation District prepared a joint proclamation with the Board of County Commissioners to recognize April as Water Conservation Month.
Commissioners proclaimed April 2021 as Water Conservation Month in Clay County at the March 23 B.C.C. Meeting to encourage residents and business owners to help protect our water supply by practicing water conservation measures. Members of the Clay County Soil and Water Conservation District accepted the proclamation.
The Clay Soil and Water Conservation District was formed on October 24, 1949, to develop and implement soil and water conservation practices on private lands.
